How To Slow Cook Ribs On A Propane Grill
Slow Cooked on the Grill Ribs are the best around! Make them for any summer dinner and enjoy the flavor! You're going to want to make them again!
Love love love the grill! It just makes everything more summery. It means summer has begun and it's time to get our Summer Food on! Slow Cooked Ribs are amazing – no for this recipe you will not be getting out your slow cooker – these Ribs are slow cooked on the Grill. That's right on the Grill. They are amazing (I swear!)
This isn't a grill and be done with it kind of meal – this takes 2-3 hours on the grill so you need to have time! But the result is SO worth the time. It's the perfect food for a day spent outside in the backyard! Grab a delicious cocktail and get to grilling. We made an afternoon outside and truly enjoyed the results. My advice? Make 2 racks and enjoy the leftovers. I mean if you're going to have it going all day, might as well have some left to eat later!
I can't lie, this is one meal that I did not make. My husband is the grill master at our house – including making Slow Cooked Ribs. He did amazing, and the recipe is a keeper for us. We've made them again (already) since the first time we tried them out. Seriously so good!
Make sure to use our grill rub to get a perfect taste! I didn't really measure just made sure all the meat had it on there! YUM, the grill rub absolutely made the dish. You could buy a rub if you'd like, but honestly, it took me 5 minutes to put a home made rub together and it really enhanced the ribs – so I highly recommend!
Serve these along with these delicious ribs:
Boozy Citrus Spritzer
Creamy Pineapple Pretzel Dessert
Feta Olive Salad
The above menu? Makes a delicious BBQ dinner menu. Summery flavors, great BBQ, Amazing Dessert! What else can you ask for? When are you cooking?
